Handle missed calls option - Add the ability to return caller to the staff member that transferred it
If "Take message" is not enable, when they have the option o transferring the caller to a group or to disconnect the call. Obviously discounting the call is bad customer service, however transferring to a group is not always the best option. WE would like another option added which will allow the called to be transferred to the staff member that first transferred the call
