SMS Usage Counter
Customer wants to have an easy access on their SMS usage so that they can monitor their average on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Customer needs the SMS usage counter which should be used by a command like'' EXT 114 over all limit 4200 sms set by an Admin so whenever that one user reach the limit 4200 the system should stop that user to send sms no matter he reached the limit in days,weeks, or by months and it should give an alert/notification to that one user and Admin as well.
And in secod there the zip file should be also downlded for all users at a time and for one or just two users at a time as well in order to avoid to mix up. as I need to count the sms for 1 user but I will have to downlaod the file for all users that's tricky. -

If a counter exists to know that we’ve gone over the slotted 1000 texts, the same counter should be able to tell us when we’re approaching that limit.

This is CRITICAL! A MUST HAVE! It's been 2-years, please upgrade this feature and make it easier and more efficient for your customers to keep track of their SMS Usage. Thanks! :)
