Add custom hold music in Auto receptionist.
Most firms have hold music when you call the office mainline.and are put on hold. And not just for direct ext numbers.

We use custom music which we purchase for our on hold music. The MP3s are usually loud. Please allow us to change volume levels within the RingCentral program.
