Limit Destination for International dialing
Here is an example; user is assigned a +66 number but cannot make call to local +66 number, unless "international dialing" is allowed in that role assigned to the user. If user is assigned a full DL, and an international number is attached to their DL, the role should allow them to call another international number within the same region because it would be considered local (domestic call) to them. By design, this is not how the system is functioning currently. One of the issues this is causing, is now the end user can dial other international destinations whitelisted and added to the account since international dialing is enabled through the role.
