Silence audio of incoming call
have a setting yet on the app or on the admin portal that can silent the audio of incoming calls that only comes from the call queue. Having the agility of not hearing the ringtone all the time when a call is from the call queue

Yes, this is very important. It's very distracting to continue to hear the phone ringing while I'm on the phone and slows down my productivity. If there was a way to control the number of rings or have the incoming call silenced but still notify me would be so greatly appreciated!
