Have an emergency number available to be set as a backup when there is no power or internet
There should be an option which allows users to setup a backup number which will be enabled automatically in times of a power interruption or network outage. This feature was available when we were still with Vonage.

The partner wants to have an automatic call forwarding when the internet is down.

We are a school using this VOIP system and when our internet goes down we don't have a way for parents to contact us. I think there should be a call-forwarding feature that you can set up if your internet goes down so that your calls can be forwarded to an administrator's cell phone.
