Custom Greeting for Direct Numbrers
It would be great to be able to record a greeting for a Direct Number so you can then change what the caller hears based on the number you give them. Then you don't have to create different call queues and regardless of how many numbers you assign to the same group. It would all be about the number the caller is calling.

While I wouldn't say this is critical, I was completely surprised this doesn't exist out of the box (we're new to RingCentral), as it does with other phone systems. Now I'll have to split numerous numbers onto different accounts, which will likely be cost-prohibitive.
