Replay voicemail
hi, it would be great to add an option for customers to replay or record their voicemail again before they hang up. Any option that customers can get auto reply saying we received their voicemail?

You should change the message after someone records a voicemail, presses # for more options, and then presses 2 to delete and re-record their message. Right now, it says "your call has been forwarded to the voicemail for [.....]", which is really confusing, because people think that it means the voicemail they just recorded was sent. I don't understand why the auto message can't be changed to something like: "To re-record your voicemail, begin speaking after the tone"/
