Dial by last name- 2 letters
We have a manager who only has two initials in his last name. The phone system will not recognize it as a last name because it is only two initials.

Adding this functionality would help staff members with two-character last names be found in the Dial-by-Name Directory. It would also better support our community by allowing parents and students to reach these teachers through the IVR.
In our particular case, this limitation disproportionately affects staff from certain cultural and national backgrounds where two-character last names are more common. Allowing two-digit input for the Dial-by-Name Directory would make the system more inclusive and ensure that all teachers are equally accessible to students, families, and the community.
