Add Custom Event Repeat Options
For instance, if I wanted to schedule an event for every week day except Mondays, I could select weekly recurrence and then select Tuesday through Friday.

This is basic to scheduling our calendar is useless without it. Almost everything we do is based on repeating days NOT dates.

For example, some meetings recur on the third Thursday of each month. The repeat option only seems to allow for meetings that occur on the same date each month, ex. the 16th.
