Turn off Call Queue incoming call notification
Have the ability/option to turn off the incoming call notification from call queue to RC app

2 things: 1. Once notified of an incoming call, we want to mute the continuous ringing sound. 2. We want to mute the cell phone app when an incoming calls comes in and allow the desktop app to keep ringing.
