Have customer put them self in a park location if no users can answer the call.
When a customer calls the main company line, and there isn't anyone available to take the call it would be nice if the customer could Press 1 to remain on hold (park location) or press 2 to leave a voicemail. The only workaround that was just explained to me is that instead of the user going to a park location they just get rerouted to the main company line and it rings on every users line. That seems like it would be frustrating for the client. Why couldn't they just place themselves on hold until a user is able to grab the call.
