Allow Polycom VVX 350 & 450 Background Wallpaper
Hello,
Our organization has many Polycom VVX 350 and 450 phones, adding more daily. Branding our phones using a custom background with a logo has been painful. When uploading it manually via USB drive, the phone will sometimes take it, and when it does, it will not let us change the background unless we factory reset the phone. We have tried other methods via phone web view, such as uploading a wallpaper from a computer or setting a URL link to our web server. Another way we have tried is by modifying a config file and uploading it. The results have been mixed, and the phone will either hold on to the original wallpaper we are trying to replace or show a black background, which we cannot change. Resetting the phone does not always work. We would like an easier way to do this. Thank you!
