block spam and robo calls are disrupting our business
My users began getting flooded with spam and robo calls and voicemails starting the week we moved to RingCentral from our old ShoreTel system with AT&T as a carrier. It is so bad that it feels like someone sold our number to spammers. I'm not sure if AT&T was doing something different to screen these calls, but I hope RingCentral can take global actions to fix this. I contacted RingCentral's friendly Tech Support and while they empathized with my concern, the best available fixes were to block 800- and toll-free numbers, to block calls without a caller ID, and to manually block phone numbers on each extension. Each of these have serious negative consequences for us. I'd just like for RingCentral to do whatever AT&T was doing to block the spam / robo calls before they got to us.

This problem has cost our Charity over $3000 over the past few months. It needs fixed and we need and deserve a refund.
