Hello, I would like to set up a call routing rule to my number (310) 622-9069 so that all incoming calls ring at selected extensions WITH some sort of caller ID tag or to show the dialed number. Ideally this would be a text caller ID tag added, but showing the dialed number would be fine. When I change the call information settings in my account, it doesn't seem to do anything. Please advise on how we can add a text caller ID tag or ensure that the caller ID on the extensions I select to ring shows up reliably at the "dialed number" only for calls via this routing rule. Ultimately if the calls go unanswered, I'd like them routed to an external voicemail mailbox # afterwards with their original caller ID. I hope this is possible via advanced call rules that I'd like help setting up. Thanks!
