Sync Contacts from RingCentral app to Yealink desk phone
It's better to if we have the option in the portal to sync our company contacts to our Yealink or other type of desk phones.

Hello, We have re-setted the phones and updated the configuration and the contacts directory doesn't display on the desk phone. It only shows on the applications. -

It would be significantly more efficient to add contacts directly to the physical phone through the desktop admin portal, rather than manually inputting them on the device.
