Fax Sender Name
Customer is requesting for them to change/ edit the Fax Sender Name when sending faxes. Currently the only option is to follow the extensions name as the normal behavior.

This should be a must. At least use the Company name instead of the user to protect the user privacy while sending documents for the company. It also gives more legitimacy on the document when the company name is used instead of the employee. We were forced to change all our extension names into our company name because of this and has to associate a person with their extension number.

Agreed!! if we can edit the name of the fax too ,we wouldn't have to go through one by one trying to find a fax
