Option to take no Voicemail for a user
The ability to just hang up a call instead of it going to a voicemail. Disable Voicemail all together. For a user and for Call Queues,

We need this option as well. We have entire business units of Customer Service Reps that do not need access to voicemail due to our SLAs. Please make a feature set available to create a user without a voicemail box or to at a minimum have the abiltiy to disable a VM box completely. Currently, routing the VM to an announcement or to another extension still allows for another user to select the "transfer to voicemail" feature and send a VM to the voicemail box. This is unacceptable for our business.
