Do Not Disturb or Absent so that the phone behaves
If all the equipment is switched off, we want to be able to change the user's status to Do Not Disturb or Absent so that the phone behaves normally. (mobile switched off = redirection to answering machine). Today, when no equipment is connected, it rings in a vacuum and the time a caller spends waiting is longer.
