Recipient Behavior in Bulk Faxes
We have a customer experiencing issues with sending bulk faxes to multiple recipients (different companies) using the platform's Admin Portal and the FaxOut feature. The issue is that when sending the fax, the recipient details are visible to other recipients, which is not the expected behavior. After conducting tests and confirming with higher management, we have determined this to be a system limitation. We are submitting this case to request a fix for the feature.
