Silent Monitor, Coach, Barge - Update prompt when user is already being monitored
Currently there is a limit that only one person can Silent Monitor a user at a time. When the second user tries to Silent Monitor the same person they get a prompt "you do not have access to this feature" which is the same message when a user doesn't have the set permission to monitor a particular user. This should be updated to something more accurate such as "user already being monitored, please try again later."

Similar request to update prompt if the monitored call already ended - the prompt shouldn't be - You do not have permission to monitor the call. It should at least say that the call already ended.
