Remove Access on Create Messaging Team on RC app
We would like to remove the access on selected users to be able to create a group messaging team on message tab on RC app

What the customer would like to happen is when his selected users open their RC app, click on the plus sign on the top right part of the screen, he doesn't want them to see "Create Team". He doesn't want them to have the option to create a team messaging. Even any other ways of creating a team, the customer would like to remove that feature for his selected users.
