Setting a task, Writting a note, from a Voicemail or Fax
It would be nice if one was able to write a note on a voicemail/Fax. A way to let people in the organization know what has been done thus far with the information left.
At the same time it would be nice if you could set up a task/assign follow-up actions to a team member on a Voicemail or Fax. an action you take from the menu of options on the VM or Fax
I also think it would be nice if you could Archive... call logs with the notes attached/voicemails/and faxes once the follow up has been completed. Deleting them causes you to loose the notes/call transcripts associated with the Patient/contact. I'm sure most operate by not deleting anything. but I like my inboxes to go back to Zero at he end of the day as I complete tasks and follow-up. That might just be me.
