Force update Polycom CCX500 firmware to 8.1.5 with custom configuration
Firmware version 8.1.2 is the latest available with RingCentral and automatically picks up. We wish to have the option to push the firmware upgrade to 8.1.5 and bypass the 8.1.2 RingCentral offers and use it together with the custom configuration.
