Transfer straight to voicemail.
We would like an option to transfer a caller directly to an individual's voicemail box if the person is busy. We can only transfer to their line and their phone will ring before allowing the caller to leave a voicemail. I was given a work-around by RingCentral's technical support, *extension#, but it would be nice if there was a button so you don't need to remember everyone's extension numbers.

I have figured out how to do this you can add it 2 different ways. One hold down on the screen which key you would like to program:
1) Type - SpeedDial
2) Account ID - Auto
3) Label - "Name for key"
4) Value - *0(plus extension) *0215 for example
Click SaveYou can also go into your Admin Portal under Users - Users with Extensions - select the name-under Phones - Presence - select which key you would like to add to and hit the 3 dots
1) Assign Speed Dial
2) Type the Name of the Key "Matt VM"
3) Number *0(plus extension) *0215 for example
4)Click Assign
5) You can Preview on my phone to make sure it is where you would like it
6) Click Save - This will reboot the phone and will take effect
