There is no reason a person should need to leave me an urgent voicemail and since it comes without a transcript I'm LESS likely to listen to an urgent message. My preference would be turn that off as an option and not remove it from the message after it's already done.

Critical feature for healthcare. Patients frequently mark messages as "urgent" when they are definitely not urgent.

We should be able to disable the feature that allows callers to mark messages as urgent. I am a physician and this can present as liability issues , with patients marking calls as urgent when they’re actually not. Please add feature to disable the urgent message option
