For Screen Callers Add an Option for Not in local or Global contact list
In Screen callers, add an option for Not in Local or Global Contact list. Presently, when Not in contact list is selected, interal callers are still screened and our users do not like this.

Also need to include synched contacts from M365. I can see my M365 contacts in my RingCentral App on my desktop, but they do not get synched with my desktop phone. The only contacts that synch with my desktop phone are contacts created and sourced within the RingCentral App. Please, Please, Please make this happen. It stops robocallers

Need to include Corporate Directory.
