It would be nice to allow a caller to click on # or * to return to the main menu for an announcement only or message only extension
I currently have an announcement-only extension with information, but there is no way for a caller to be routed back to the main menu. They just get hung up on and have to call again... so inconvenient. It would be nice if they could press a button to return to the main menu.
