User-to-User Messaging/Chat Restrictions
We need the ability to restrict a specific user or group of users from messaging certain individuals within the organization while maintaining their ability to chat with other users.

I have a Management Consultant, who should not be interacting with the staff or our medical providers. They should only be allowed to communicate/Chat with the Management team. It is important they do not have access to our staff via chat/teams.
