Disable Glip/Messaging and App Feature Visibility (Tenant-Level)
We need the ability to fully disable RingCentral Messaging (Glip) and control app feature visibility at the tenant level.
Currently, there is no admin setting to disable or hide messaging, even with Super Admin access. The expected “Message Tab” control is not available.
Tenant-level option to disable Glip/Messaging
Ability to hide Messaging from app UI (desktop, mobile, web)
Role-based control for feature visibility
