Enable Automatic Call Recording (ACR) for RingCentral CallMe- CallOut Feature
Currently, when a user joins a RingCentral Video meeting using the "Call Me" option, the PSTN call is not recorded by Automatic Call Recording (ACR), even when ACR is enabled for the user's extension. Since the call is treated as a Video meeting audio connection rather than a standard RingEX call, no call recording is generated.
Please consider adding support for Automatic Call Recording on the "CallMe- call Out" leg of RingCentral Video meetings, or provide an administrator option to enable this behavior. This would help organizations meet compliance requirements and ensure that all business calls made through RingCentral, including those initiated via the "Call Me" feature, are automatically recorded.
