Implement a 30-Day "Recycle Bin" or Restoration Window for Automatically Expired Video Recordings
Currently, when a cloud video recording reaches its 1-year automated retention limit, the raw media file (.mp4) is immediately and permanently purged from the servers with no path for administrative recovery, even though text metadata remains visible.
