View SMS of Other Users
Wants to have option for one user extension to view the SMS of other users.

This affects quality control because the owner can't check to see what was communicated between staff and clients when he receives a call from a client either complaining, or they have percieved something that is not standard policy. It helps to be able to see what was actually comunicated, rather than just having to take the clients word for it. And getting a summary from the staff member who could have forgotten keys words that could have cause the confusion. This would help with training as well.
It makes no sense why this isn't a feature. It's not like companies who use Ring Central are using these lines for personal use. At least they probably shouldn't be as they are typically business lines.
