Bring back the button that allowed us to move a call to RC app manually and ring less at the front desk, given a busy scenario.
I do want them to ring in order, but there used to be a button where if I was busy at the front desk I could immediately send it to the RC app instead of it ringing 4 times at the front before moving to the app
