Automated Failed Fax Retries & Bulk Resend Capabilities
Capability A: End-of-Day Scheduled Resend (Automated Retry Workflow)
User Story: As an administrator/user, I want an option to enable an automated end-of-day resend routine so that all faxes flagged as "Failed" throughout the day are re-queued automatically without manual intervention.
Proposed Functionality:
Add an admin/user setting under Fax Settings: "Automatically retry failed faxes at [Configurable Time, e.g., 5:00 PM]."
Max retry limits (e.g., attempt end-of-day retry 1x before final failure notification).
Capability B: "Bulk Resend" Action in Fax Interface
User Story: As a user managing outbox logs, I want to use the "Select All" feature to select multiple failed faxes and resend them simultaneously so I don't have to resend each fax one by one.
Proposed Functionality:
In the RingEX Fax Outbox/History list, update the multiselect action bar (unlocked via "Edit" -> "Select All") to include a "Resend Selected" action alongside Delete/Download.
Display a confirmation prompt with a summary of the batch resend queue status.
