Forward calls from user extension to AIR
Currently there is no option when trying to set up to forward calls to AIR extension. Available options are direct user extensions, call queue, IVR , message-only and announcement but no AIR. Would like to have an option to forward calls to AIR so we can use the extension's direct number to forward calls to be answered by AIR and to use for SMS capabilities with no interruption.
