Message Data Export on ringcentral free account
Allow Super Admins on free accounts to export message data, eliminating the implicit requirement for a paid plan.
Current RingCentral documentation states that exporting message data requires Super Admin privileges. However, it does not explicitly state that this functionality is restricted to paid accounts.
Admin and compliance visibility should not be gated strictly by account tier when administrative rights are already present. Providing basic data export options to Super Admins on free accounts—even with standard rate limits or basic formatting—would greatly improve transparency and administrative control.
