Map Actual User as Author when Server-Side Logging is Enabled for Bullhorn
At the moment, if the server side call logging is enabled, it will log the call on behalf of the admin credential who enabled the feature. Because of this expected behavior, the "Author" field in the Bullhorn activity logs defaults to the Admin account (e.g., RingCentral Admin) rather than the actual user who initiated or received the call, even when the user manually selects which candidate profile to log the call against.
It will be better if the integration could map and display the actual user's name in the "Author" field in Bullhorn while keeping Server-Side Call Logging enabled. This enhancement would allow organizations to utilize the centralized, automated benefits of server-side logging without losing accurate, at-a-glance user attribution on their candidate records.
