Add a "Contacts" Filter to the Text Tab Search Option
Please add a filter directly to the text tab search option that allows users to prioritize "Contacts."
Current Behavior: Right now, when using the search feature within the text tab, the system prioritizes searching "Text Conversations" rather than "Company Contacts." For example, if a user searches for a contact named "222," the search results pull up historical text messages containing "222" instead of simply displaying the actual contact profile.
Additionally, when a user selects a contact from this search, the system should automatically open the text thread and roll up to the most recent message sent/received. Since the user is searching for the contact's text conversation (and not a specific historical message), it should act as a shortcut to their current active text thread.
Why this is needed:
Improves efficiency: Users won't have to sift through old messages to find the person they want to text.
Better user experience: It is much more intuitive for a search bar to bring up a contact name before bringing up historical message contents.
