To have the ability to mark opted-out numbers directly within the SMS conversation view at the RingCentral app
We need the ability to manually mark specific phone numbers as opted-out directly within the RingCentral app. This will allow us to manage opted-out numbers separately, prevent accidental SMS sends, and avoid unnecessary messaging charges.
