RingCentral AI Assistant / Bot Integration for Microsoft Teams Meetings (Auto-Join & Post-Call Summaries)
The customer schedules and attends meetings natively within Microsoft Teams. Although RingCentral is integrated with their environment, RingCentral's AI meeting assistant and transcription/summary features currently apply natively to RingCentral Video meetings. The customer wants an AI bot that can automatically join third-party meetings (specifically Microsoft Teams), record/transcribe the conversation, and deliver an AI-generated post-call summary and action items directly to their RingCentral account or email.
