Ability to Disable or Deactivate Primary Main Company Number.
Customers who temporarily pause operations or wish to block all incoming traffic to their account currently cannot fully disable or deactivate their primary Main Line number while keeping the account active. Moving secondary extension numbers to inventory works, but the system architecture mandates an active primary Main Line.
