  1. Ability to dial out while there is an incoming call, after the latest update the ability to dial out while there is an incoming call is no longer available. You need to ignore the call first to be able to dial out which is inconvenient for customers that has a call queue and receiving a lot of calls.

Hi, We are working with a blind users on this application and we have multiple sites across the same Ringcentral account, it has been suggested I submit a feature request so that we can work towards hiding the company directory from specific users, this would allow for a site specific directory to only view the contacts from that site. At the moment the software is still unusable because our staff member is getting lost between the different sites as there is no way of her to be able to tell what site the extension is from, If we could filter…

  3. Having a copy of the document that was faxed attached to the Fax Message Transmission Result email will be very helpful. In our case, as a law firm, we need to add a copy of that email to the case as proof that the fax was sent successfully. Having the document attached to the confirmation email will make it easier for the Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys to identify which case that fax belongs to.

    The presence status automatically changes from "green" to "grey(offline)" after 15 minutes of inactivity, although the user is working on the PC (app in the background)

  9. We are applying for TCR SMS for our company. I was just told that ONLY 1 extension can send out SMS from the main company number. This is not very useful since we need multiple users to be able to send out SMS from the main company number!

  12. It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

  15. Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

  16. I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose.   20. We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number.If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number.
