  1. We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number.If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number.   4. Using the Plug-In 'Ringcentral for Outlook' you can create and send a meeting invite to one or more contacts in your Outlook. You can start a phone call to an Outlook contact directly from the Plug-In too.If you are creating a conference invite short-term it would be very beneficial to see in Outlook the RingCentral the presence status of the invitees.

  5. Submitting a feature request on behalf of the customer to add the Call Monitoring feature on HUD for Mobile app (IOS and Android).   16. On Zero dialing, Do Nothing is selected. When the caller presses 0, it should do nothing, it should not connect to the operator extension. Do nothing should disable the operator extension.

  19. I wanted to pull up documentation from the support portal but for some reason it does not provide any history of the email correspondence for this case. Can the correspondence be enabled in the Portal?Example if the customer responded to an email from RingCentral sent through SFDC or vice versa, it should also appear in the case history in Support site.

  20. I would like to have pre-recorded messages played on the paging system. For example, fire drills, tornado warnings, etc. Can this be achieved through Ring Central where the receptionist can play a recording through the paging system to alert everyone?
