Allow option to display outbound company name in the dialpad
On the PHONE - KEYPAD screen where you select the phone number you are calling from it currently registers or displays the 10-digit number. I suggest changing it to a name so it is easier to recognize or verify which company is currently selected before making an outbound call. This would save many potential unnecessary clicks.

Withhold your number and find out who’s called using 141, 1470 and 1471
If you're not withholding your number permanently, you can use 141 to withhold your number on a call-by-call basis. Just dial 141 followed by the number you want to call. If your number is withheld the message 'withheld' is returned if the person being called uses 1471 to find out the identity of the caller.
Dial 141.

SSO and 2FA are to simultaneously be enabled in the account

Our customer is requesting to enable both SSO and 2FA simultaneously which they would be able to manage were the code be sent to identify login. They worry about email hacks and in this way if the system sends the code via SMS or call they could prevent hacking from taking place.

Details : ability to have W7*P cordless handsets in switching phones easily without needing to transfer the call to another handset that is paired to the same base as the original where the call was answered
Current behavior : unable to easily flip the call to the other handset after disconnecting the call

When a regular user extension log to this type of device, it should show the digital line of the user and the not the phone number of the limited extension. There should be an option to select the phone number that will show up on the phone screen.

Cisco SPA192 for multi- user devices
We are trying to add the our Cisco SPA 192 for Multi-user devices however when we are doing so the Device is not showing in the selection contacted support was advised that the device is not supported. it would be helpfull if we are able to use Cisco ATA for Multi User features

Pop out Hub change
It would be great if we could look at the pop out Hub and see how many outbound and inbound calls are made for the day. Instead of looking for the report. If it was in the Pop out Hub everyone could look at it throughout the day to see how their staff is performing. Would need to be in real time. I used to be with light speed, and they had that feature.

Feature Request: From Call Queue Manager Ext. to Call Queue Manager Email
Behavior: Once you've change from Call Queue Manager Email to Call Queue Full Access Manager won't be able to Revert back
Expected Behavior: Be Able to Revert back to Call Queue Manager (Full Access) to Call Queue Manager Email
Significance: For the Admin / Customer to be Able to Either Assigned Manager Full Access(User with Ext.) or Revert on Manager's Email to Sent Call queue Credential when needed
