Add RCV Outlook plugin that works from Outlook Mail tab
Our company has been using RingCentral Meetings for quite some time now, and this was a smooth rollout using the Ring Central Meetings for Outlook plugin. People in our company when in Outlook are on the mail page 90% of the time and having the option to schedule or start an instant meeting right on that page made it quick and easy. Automatically deny incoming calls while on RCV Meetings
My users are up in arms about this - it's completely absurd we're even dealing with this. When you are on a RCV meeting - EVEN WHEN RECORDING - incoming calls directly to you or from a queue will popup on screen AND YOU WILL HEAR THE RINGTONE. What in the hell were the developers thinking?? Did they honestly think this was an acceptable solution for business/enterprise users? Export Participants List
With RC Meetings, we have the option to export list of attendees to a .csv file - this is necessary when customers request this for their records (to see who attended vs who didn't). Currently, with RCV, I log into v.ringcentral.com, go to the recordings tab (which is only available if you recorded the meeting) and manually type each participant name into an Excel sheet. Video Screen Share and Recordings are VERY blurry on high resolution screens
Hello, the Screen sharing that we use when we host meetings are extremely blurry on high resolution screens. The meeting recordings are also equally blurry. I have called support many times, and was told that I need to LOWER my screen resolution to fix the issue. I can lower the screen resolution but I cannot work like that. RingCentral Meetings Banner Display Meeting Name.
Can we please add the display name of the meeting name in the Top left-hand corner of our RCM platform, as it is available on the RCV side? This feature would be a great addition to our tool as some customers cannot migrate to RCV yet, and would like to have this feature. This would help those especially who may be double or triple booked and the meeting name could help identify they were in the right meeting.

Disable this - Current meeting ends when scheduled meeting is about to start
While in a few meetings yesterday, the meeting abruptly ended for everyone on the meeting. We were unable to re-join the meeting as a message came up saying - you have another scheduled meeting. I want to disable that setting. Our meeting lasted longer than what's scheduled and we don't want to be disconnected.I reported this to support and was told this is normal behavior and to suggest a disable button.
