  2. We just installed this system in our conference room. It only supports Zoom and Teams. We would like it to integrate with RingCentral. This would be a huge benefit to our team as we really like using RingCentral for video conferencing.

  6. In the RingCentral system, when a user's location has been detected to have changed the RingCentral system prompts said user to update their emergency location. What we would like to be able to do is receive a web-hook event when this happens instead, which then allows our 3rd party service to request and receive a much more in-depth emergency location from the user, which we can then pass back to RingCentral for the call routing.     1. Allow the option to provision a phone number back from RC to Azure AD via SCIM in case of a new created user. This option should be allowed per admin to enable/disable write back to Azure AD.

  9. The inability to attribute a phone call via Salesforce is a bit alarming as this is a huge miss on RingCentral's part. One of the primary reasons to have multiple phone numbers beyond the obvious of going to different people is to attribute where a user found you and called in from. The current Salesforce integration (July 2022) doesn't surface the number that was dialed and therefore lacks the capability to setup dashboards capable of attributing calls from various locations and ability to view the data alongside other Salesforce data.   10. Currently there are two calendars in the RC App, one for video meetings and the workspace calendar. There should be one calendar in the RC app that contains everything and that can be integrated with outlook as meetings and contacts are.

  11. The URL should be easily shareable and lead to an interactive calendar that shows our availability based on our google/outlook calendar sync. They should be able to select open dates and times as well as input a reason or topic for the meeting.

  20. We've just sign up with RingCentral and I'm trying to migrate the configuration of Nextiva to RingCentral. We have a setting in one of the account, whereby if the phone is busy, forward to the first number, and if the phone is not busy, forward to the second number. The current control handling options of RingCentral is not capable to fulfill that mechanism.
