  1. We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items...   2. Would like the ability to provision users without digital license. Many users don't need a digital license until later on after onboarding, and the assignment of phone number/desk phone is a manual process so the user receives a phone number specific to their office location. Currently new users will provision until all unassigned digital licenses are used up, then fail with "License limit has been reached". Only work around is to manually create the user extension with their email so that SCIM will auto update their user attributes.

  3. Getting a lot of requests from the Channel on when and how we will support the new release of Windows 365 VDI environment... as well as Azure VDI environments. Common theme seems to be that our Partners hope that we are quicker to support this VDI environment compared to our previous experience with Citrix and VMWare.

  4. Top Producer is a leading Real Estate CRM that is likely to continue to grow. It would be beneficial for us to have Ring central integrate with our CRM so that we can have records of the calls and texts and information we send through ring central in our database.

  7. Boulanger has a need to integrate a phone contact list. This will be for vendors, partners, other stores etc.The need here is to provide all RC users with an external contact list. Those contacts are not RC users. Two solutions are possible : 1 - either integrate a flat file so that each user is able to retrieve this list.   17. The HUD feature in the RingCentral app that is great for our users to see who else is available when calls have to be transferred or escalated to another support tier. Currently this feature, or something similiar, is not available in the RingCentral for Salesforce App (Package Name: rcsfpackage). It would be useful to either have HUD or a similar object in the SF Org.
