  1. ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app

    Slack is one of the most used messaging apps and many people like to use it for real-time conversation. RC should offer Slack workspaces as add-ins to enhance team messaging your current configuration (link below) does not allow for this. Ideally, I should be able to go to the app tab in RC and open Slack. You have integrations with Google in your ‘Works with Google’ section you should have ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app. There’s incredible need to to contain where conversations are happening and centralizing the activity it’s a huge miss not to offer this.https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/slack

  2. disable Provisioning related email alerts sent to users

    We are planning to FULLY turn on AD/azure Provisioning for Ring Central
    Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
    I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view
    daily report of all Provision related changes

  3. Integration with AgencyBloc

    It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP

  4. RedTail Integration independent of Browser

    RedTail integration should not be limited by the web browser. Currently, RingCentral can only integrate using Google's Chrome browser. This is unacceptable and non-standard for the financial services industry (which widely uses RedTail). In fact, we have come across no other tech that requires a specific browser to integrate with RedTail. Please update.

    Hi, this idea came from one of my clients:For the HUD to show the inbound caller even when transferred to another extension."The HUD provides an overview of what other users in the organisation are currently doing. In the situation where I might transfer an inbound call to one of my users, to everyone else in the organisation, that user appears to be in an active call with me when they are not.   11. Setting to allow Dial Pad to remain on top of other open screens.

    I run multiple screens with multiple applications running. When the Dial Pad is hidden under other screens, it is too clumsy to have to navigate back to the Ring Central app and open it back up.

  12. Support for Google shared contacts sync in Chrome extension

    The Chrome extension is syncing the contacts from their Google Enterprise directory. The request is to be able to sync the Google shared contacts as well, which may include contacts outsides of the organization.

    When you click the 3-dots when hovering over the time, you are given the option to delete your message. Make this setting optional or give the ability to disable this option.

  15. MS Teams integration cannot search keywords in SMS & phone directory excludes phone numbers

    As of 6/14/22, my entire company has abandoned the MS Teams and RingCentral integration for the Ring Central Desktop App because (1) we cannot search for keywords in SMS messages in the integration and (2) the phone directory only displays active RC members and excludes personal contact phone numbers or any contacts other than Ring Central members. Its frustrating for my users to have to go back and forth between the RC Desktop App and the MS Teams integration to do searches, when the point of an integration is to have everything centralized in one place.   16. BT Cloud Work for Microsoft Teams

    Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts
