Allowing SIPREC to our pool of SBCs for Call Monitoring
Requesting the ability for a 3rd party (CallMiner is the one specifically for this use case, but other monitoring solutions could use this concept) to be able to utilize the SIPREC function/capability to monitor active calls. In this specific use case, we need the ability to monitor agent leg calls from Nice inContact to RC Office. The SIPREC functionality would be through our SBC infrastructure.

Support multiple new (file) attachments for CreatePost in Team Messaging REST API
Currently CreatePost only supports existing attachments found in RingCentral.To POST a file, one must POST to '.../glip/files', with a single file. This automatically creates a Post with a single attachment (the file) and nothing else (no text, mentions, etc).A User should be able to include text, mentions, etc, and any number of (new) attachments in a single Post - as is already supported by the RingCentral Desktop Application.

Lattice Integration
Has RC considered an integration with Lattice (a People Management Platform)? Our medical device business has signed up with Lattice and it would be extremely helpful to have RingCentral integrated as a communications platform. I'm sure other RC customers would benefit as well.

Integrate with Google Translate
We need a translator from time to time, and while Google Translate is not perfect, it would be good enough. You can have Google Translate use audio on the computer speakers, but it doesn't come through in the conversation. Is there a way to make that work?

Service Monster CRM integration
We use Service Monster for all of our CRM in our service companies. We would like to have an API/integration so we do not have to re-enter phone numbers from Service Monster to RingCentral. We would also like to have the client's name show up with that phone number when texted or called.

Improve the one touch access link generated from the RC for Outlook invite to not ask for the passcode
The RingCentral for outlook plugin works when creating an outlook invitation, it can invite people. The problem is that the passcode is not included in the one-touch link for private video conferences so those with the link still need to key in the passcode manually but most of the time it is not easy to find. The one-touch link should allow those who use to immediately be able to join the meetings without being asked to enter the passcode. This will not only be for convenience but also for safety as some participants join the meetings while driving.

Send webhooks for Unified Presence events
Hi RC Devs.Hope this is the right place to post this.In currently aware of that the new RingCentral App Presence is different from the Phone App Presecen on the API site, and since Phone is in progress of sun set (got info from your one of your devs) we need to move on to support your new App, including the white labeled solutions.
