  2. Archiver has come out of beta and a new 30 day search limit has been applied. I now cannot determain quickly how many recordings are in my recording solution (prior was no limit)I cannot do a single SAR searches via the archiver tool, It has to be done in batches. 2 telephone numbers over 1 year means 24 unique searches and a lot of wasted time.:/

  5. I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).

  12. It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

  15. We use the RC widget inside of our programs, calls are answered via this widget, we are able to xfer a customer direct "cold" xfer, however; we are not able to "warm" xfer.

  17. The request is for the click to dial/SMS toggle option to be separated into individual settings, giving the user to option to turn either of these on or off so that when the hover over a phone number only the call option is presented and not the SMS.

I can envision small automatic scripts or larger applications leveraging the ability to send messages to individuals, groups, and teams via RC client or SMS. A PowerAutomate flow that monitors sales numbers in a database or Excel spreadsheet and generates a message to a team when they meet their numbers.Onboarding system that messages HR, IT, and a new hire's onboarding flow is in process and what state it is in.Maybe a flow that monitors events within the O365 ecosystem and texts or calls IT when some process errors out?There appear to be mechanisms…
